Using Nova X

You must be 18 or older and need a Google account to use Nova X. Some programmes contain mature themes, violence and sexual references. You must not copy, record, redistribute or attempt to bypass the protection of any content, or use automated tools, modified apps or multiple accounts to obtain rewards.

Free episodes, coins, the Day Pass and subscriptions

• You get a number of free episode unlocks each day; the count resets at midnight South African time.
• Coins are earned by choosing to watch rewarded ads. Coins have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be spent inside Nova X.
• Daily login reward. You can claim free coins once per day (days run midnight to midnight, South African time). Claiming on consecutive days builds a streak with larger rewards; missing a day starts it again. Reward amounts may change. One account per person: rewards earned through multiple or automated accounts may be removed.
• An episode you unlock stays unlocked on your account.
• A Day Pass gives unlimited viewing without ads for 24 hours from purchase. It is a one-off purchase through Google Play, not a subscription, and does not renew.
• Weekly and monthly subscriptions give unlimited viewing without ads for as long as they are active. They are billed through Google Play at the price shown before you confirm, and renew automatically at the end of each week or month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play (Subscriptions); you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Switching between weekly and monthly takes effect through Google Play, which credits unused time.
• Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, it is shown with its length and the price that follows before you confirm. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically. Cancel during the trial in Google Play and you are not charged; access continues until the trial ends. Trials are available once per Google account, as Google Play decides.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. A refunded pass or subscription is removed from your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play.

Accounts

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Coins and unlocks are lost when an account is deleted.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
